Privacy Policy

RFW Dashboard (“the Service”) is operated by RFW Training / Russ Flips Whips (“we”, “us”). The Service is a read-only analytics dashboard that lets you view your own social media statistics from connected platforms in one place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to show you your analytics:

  • Account information — the email address you sign up with, used to create and secure your account.
  • Connection tokens — when you connect a platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok), that platform gives us a secure access token. We store it so we can fetch your stats on your behalf. We never see or store your social media password.
  • Analytics data — public and account-level metrics such as views, subscribers/followers, likes, comments, and per-post performance for the accounts you connect.

What we do NOT do

  • We never post, comment, message, or make any changes on your accounts.
  • We never see or store your passwords for any platform.
  • We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How we use your data

We use the data solely to display your analytics inside the dashboard and to keep your connections working (for example, refreshing an expired access token). We do not use your data for any other purpose.

How we store and protect it

Data is stored in our secured database (hosted by Supabase) with access controls that restrict each account to its own data. Connections are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to read your analytics.

Third-party platforms

When you connect an account, your use of that platform remains governed by its own terms and privacy policy, including Google/YouTube, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and TikTok. We access their APIs only with the read-only permissions you approve.

Google and YouTube API data

RFW Dashboard uses the YouTube API Services and other Google APIs to read the statistics of the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

RFW Dashboard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to display your own analytics inside the dashboard. We do not transfer or sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service. You can revoke our access at any time from the Connections page or from your Google account permissions.

Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect anytime — remove any platform from the Connections page; we immediately stop accessing it and delete its stored token.
  • Delete your account — email us and we will delete your account and all associated data.
  • You may request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time.

Data retention

We keep your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, the related data is removed.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
